How to Get Phenotype Plasticity Armor?

I read it is for the owners of the season pass, I have it but I don't have these armor pieces. It should be unlocked through season rank progression right ? But I've checked my season rewards path, and I don't see the phenotype set as reward at any rank.
can anyone please help me get this ?

Phenotype set is from the previous season, you can't get it anymore.
