Transversive step reload

So Transversive steps is an exotic set of boots that increases sprinting speed and reloads the currents weapon. Idk how the reload work's but sometimes my weapons never reloads if I equip it while sprinting. It has to be equiped before I started sprinting to begin with which isn't a big deal I can just cancel my sprint and start running again. Then there's kill clip multikill clip and killing tally. For some reason the reload from Transversive steps doesn't proc kill clip or multi kill clip which is pretty stupid. Also if you reload a weapon with killing tally with transversive steps the effect dosent go away. Does anyone know if this is intentional or a bug?

It is a bug with the Kill clip and Multi-kill clip, but intended for Killing Tally

Not bugged, KC/MKC need a "proper" reload, either manual reload, or hunter dodge to proc. Killing Tally works the same way, needing to have an actual reload, instead of refilled.

And the stop sprint/start sprint is a bug. It reloads after a set amount of time sprinting. If you time it right you can just walk over an ammo box and have it reloaded 0.01 seconds after you pick it up.
