Phenotype Plasticity Set S9?
Anyway to unlock the Phenotype Plasticity Ornament Set in Season 9? It's the only hoodless cloak I've seen so far :(

I missed the start of Season 8 by a few weeks, decided to put it off, and voila, Season 9.

I know about the Eververse Archives, does it have a sale rotation?

If you unlocked the set in the season pass then you can claim it on Bungie's website. If you never did unlock it via the season pass then I'm afraid you cannot get the set anymore.
