What hand cannons 2 tap? I'm intrigued. Erianas Vow can 2 tap if you hit body shots, but what normal hand cannon can two tap you with or without kill clip or a 3 stack of multi kill clip?

Explain how multikill clip is God tier for pvp but kill clip isn't? Unless you're an extremely good player you're not gonna get a 3 stack going of multi kill clip. Also, range matters less with the recent nerfs to hand cannons, due the range being "capped" anyway. I'd say his roll is absolutely fine for PvP. For PVE, multi kill clip definitely.

How isn't it? Range doesn't really matter on hand cannons now since they are essentially capped now. It doesn't have rapid hit, so what? It's an easily controllable 150, you don't need rapid guy's built in zen moment to hold your hand to get head shots, and he's got kill clip for extra damage after a kill. Subsistence is meh, but useful still, and he's.got enough range to meet the range cap. So it's definitely good enough.

Yeah you gotta have them. Also the Rose is one of the best PvP hand cannons still even though it has no damage buffs. This is why I say if you're a good player you don't need perks to hold your hand. Do they help? Sure.

how is it good?sub is bad and doesnt work with kill clip and kill clip is a do-nothing perk half the time and a negligible damage boost the other half that doesnt reduce ttk
EDIT:its bold of you to say range doesnt matter man,yes its not as significant as with other guns because its capped without range perks,but like,what stats do you value on hcs then?

If your name is Mtashed or Ifrostbolt you can 3 tap players at other side of map regardless of range/falloff on stats of gun and do it with zero recoil.

Didn't mean to misinform. Only certain 150s can two tap such as thorn with the souls. I do believe a mix of good rampage and other damage increasing perks such as vengeance and frontal assault.

I mean if we are counting exotics then im gonna put sturm in with its 1 tap potential with an emp rift, add in sanguine alchemy and its mad good.
