I think you can earn it easily by setting your chalice with the right runes and running a menagerie. Googling should give you the chalice formulas.

No you can't get the Righteous set from Menagerie.
You can reobtain Righteous gear pieces by levelling the obelisks up, though it's random whether you actually get an armour piece, and which one you get.

sundial gives 1 piece as activity reward...obelisk rank up gives chance to get armor piece too

well it doesnt matter, i got lucky

it was the titan mark piece that i got rid of
however, with my build I cant use the void piece that the season pass gives you, i need fire piece
