Stealth Running sparrow mod

How do I get it? Is it random and I can get it creating multiple sparrows or is it bound to a specific quest?

It's not that stealth though. You just get less shot while riding it.

Always on time? you get that by doing scourge of the past sparrow encounter! there used to be a purple stealth sparrow as well called EV-37 voidstreak, but that was only obtainable during the summer, and it was a huge grind not worth it at all. Basically, you get 3 chances a week at the sparrow, and it has a 10% droprate from the secret chest! happy grinding, its not easy :D

no, you draw less aggro, which means less enemies notice you basically

well technically yes, but the enemies still shoot the same amount :P its just less enemies shooting

how about the venerier thrust ones where it said " improve your dodge ability "
its just making a woop noise and slightly tilt to right/left was that suppose to dodge shots
