Ghost scans either missing or placed in different positions.

Other than the scans that literally broke the levels...I have been on the hunt for Ghost Scans to somewhat be a completionist in that field. I had been using Braytech.org (not a sponsor) for a while now to get most, if not all the scans. Yet...there have been a few scans that are either gone or placed awkwardly. For the first scan that threw me through a loop is the one in The Endless Gate on IO. They modified the whole area for something different and accidentally (or intentionally) placed, or kept, the Ghost scan outside the boundaries of the map. The second ghost scan is a dangling bit of Fallen mines in Exodus Black on Nessus. That is straight up gone for no apparent reason (unless it was a bugged scan).

I don't know why Bungie is doing this, and I just want to mention this.

I tried to describe it to the best of my ability in the original post. It is in the first area where you drop in on Nessus.

I'm also having the same issue with Scan 132 on Nessus, and also using Braytech as a reference. The dangling mines that should be hanging from the Exodus Black are just not there. Anyone find an alternate location for this scan?
