Getting Wish Ender Quest even though I have Wish Ender...

i completed the wish ender quest, but somehow still have the exotic "present this talisman to an awoken warrior within the shattered throne" quest. is this a bug/mistake of some sort, or is it some kind of another step in the wishender quest?

pretty sure exotic quests arent account wide so if you finish it on one character the others will have the quest

but i'm getting it on the same character i actually completed the wish ender quest on...

I also have the quest active. The quest says: "Present this talisman to an Awoken warrior within the Shattered Throne". But I've already done that and I have the Wish-Ender bow.

I think I need to go to Four-Horned Gulch on The Tangled Shore and use my ghost to present the talisman to the guy there.

Fyi, I've completed every step and acquired the Ender without ever having bought that talisman from Petra.

The Exotic quests does absolutely nothing. It just kinda tells you how to get started.

Which is great, if it then wouldn't expect you to go to tangled shore out of nowhere with no information whatsoever after you interacted with the statue.

I've got mine without ever touching the quest.
