To clarify, drawing and aiming down sights lets you see through walls, you can jump or crouch-walk and snag them before they can get you. It won't kill, but 9/10 times you can either get a second shot off (to finish them it can be barely drawn), or catch them as they try to run away.
Just remember to slide and sneak walk before you exit invis so that you dont appear to their radar, and when you're close to them, dont run while invis, just walk until they're in range.
Also avoid their LoS, you're still visible when invis.
You need Epic battle song to push you through Impossible situation my dude

*Shout in Shaxx voice* Let the battle begin!
But since there's new Enhance Unflinching Rifle-Aim from seasonal artifact that stack with normal Enhance sniper unflinch mod + Beloved's "No Distraction" Perks make the flinch little to non-existent, Its like Thunder coil meta all over again, except this time its sniper meta.
Pretty sure 3 hs with Randy's = kill? I don't have a Randy's but I have a nice Tango from BA and a JR...
But off the top of my head, hunter invis, on titan I cross gaps with shoulder charge / hammer swing / shield charge, or I just countersnipe with IB / Beloved...also, bows (I don't have wish ender yet, sad...) like LM or Hush are nice against snipers since you can release the arrow and take cover, so if you're chicken dancing with an enemy sniper you can time the shot a few times to pressure them.
Challenging sniper rifle at extreme long range fight is a bad idea thought, most sniper use double enchance unflinch this seasons, so flinching them is out of question.
Your best bet to take out skilled sniper is to flank / force them into close range duel or out snipe them if you're also good with sniper.
No way FFVII is better than this...
