No, it just reduces Damage Dropoff. Targeting Adjuster and Targeting Helmet mods are the only thing that increase aim-assist. It is not reflected in the stats section of a weapon.
It shows Aim Assist, along with the exact stats of the weapons such as range, recoil deviation, damage, reload, etc.
Impact - the actual, raw damage of the weapon
Handling - how fast you aim down sights, raise the weapon, etc
Stability - the bloom of the weapon, kick, and accuracy
Reload speed - self explanatory
Aim assistance - aka bullet magnetism. Helps console users have a bit more flexability. Usually ignored by keyboard/mouse users
Recoil direction - number is based off degrees. Such as if it says 86, then the weapon kicks to the right and slightly up
Rounds per miinute - Self explanatory. Also will tell you at a glance what archtype the weapon belongs to
Magazine - capacity
this explain it better
