HOw do you get to the trophy room on nessus or the triumph of heroes

I think you need to talk to Benedict in the tower and Wernon on the Nessus barge to get the invite.

If the barge is the tiny ship with all the gold on it then I've talked to both of them and not gotten the invite to either place

You should have talked with Werner on the barge and opened the chest next to him to get the invitation. Check your quests. Make sure your quest log is not full

Do you have a quest that wants you to gather red legion communications from cabal on nessus??

If so, do that because it's one of the steps in the chain to unlock the tribute hall.

That's Acrius quest, I don't think it has anything to do with the Tribute Hall
