How to use lion rampart?
What jump am I supposed to use with this? Do I just do the usual light jump taps for maximum distance?

Lion Rampants add more air time, so you float longer. Depending on what you want to do, but common for sword flying for example, is to use Catapult Lift (activate boost + cancel boost, sword swing, repeat). There are quite a few tutorials on YT and reddit, for example.
