100% CPU Usage
Started having this problem 2 days ago, game is working pretty great for like 20-25 minutes and then after that it starts going downhill.100% cpu usage for some reason and the game stutters like hell and i have to restart it to make it work again, temps are completely fine and my drivers are up to date, what is the problem here ?

Is your Steam overlay horribly lagging on screen when you run the game after turning on your PC? If do is an old bug that Valve have not yet patched.
The workaround is to log off and log back.

I have restarted the pc and it's doing the same thing after playing for 20 minutes or so.

Not really no, my cpu is Intel Core i7-7700HQ and there is no thermal throttling, sitting at 65C while playing the game.

bring up your task manager in-game and see what process is using your cpu usage.

The game and i have no idea why. It uses like 50-60% but after some time out of nowhere it starts using 100%

wierd...i'd start researching on google about high cpu usage in destiny 2. I'm sure you're not the only one. My friend has the same processor in his laptop and has no issues whatsoever
I came back after not playing for 2 months and am having the same problem right now

This is often a symptom of a failing drive. Is it on SSD or HDD? Either way, that's what I'd check -- lots of things in Windows hang on bad disk I/O (unfortunately)

That is true but i don't know , it really just resolved itself so maybe it was a destiny bug or something. It was 3 months ago.

I recommend that you install Crystal Disk. Its a SSD/HDD utility tool that can give you alot of information on storage speeds, health, etc

Its at least a start.
