God Rolls??
I hear alot people talking about god rolls on weapons. i think they mean the random perks and masterworks on weapons right?
But isnt a god roll just personal preference and which masterwork is important on which weapon?
Should i go with range, damage or handling etc.?

Yeah
The perks considered god roll depend on the weapon type tho

Personal preference, such as demolitionist perk for builds that like to throw grenades but some perks are just objectively better than others, it all depends on the weapons but a good rule of thumb is, good range (for the class) rampage/kill clip and reload perk.

It depends on the weapon. This site https://www.light.gg will tell you which perks a specific gun could roll, then you gotta decide which combination you want and grind for them. And some perks are objectively terrible, like Air assault or Mulligan for instance.

There are some "god rolls" that really aren't a matter of preference, they're just objectively the best possible roll for that type. But there are a few weapons that have maybe one or two more possible rolls that some would consider more synergetic with their personal build.

I perform better with High Impact Reserves + Headseeker than other meta rolls like kill clip/rampage on Bygones for PVP.
People said those 2 perks are trash, I say they're best suited for my playstyle.
Ignore what everyone says about "The Best" Perks find your own "Best".
Im talking about PVP btw, for PVE Damage perks is a must.

Ya. People tend to favour things that boost damage or reload, like rampage, outlaw, and killclip, but in all honesty, it comes down to the weapon, what you're going to use it for, and your playstyle. Range tends to be a really good masterwork for most weapons, but again, it all depends on how you use it, and stability good be a better choice for some weapons.

I wouldn't worry about it too much when you start out. You'll figure out what works as you play. Also, going perks god tier is a bit misleading: having a good weapon isn't going to substitute skill, and magically make you a better player, perks will just augment your ability a bit.
