Ingredients not showing up in the holiday oven ingredients

Ingredients are not showing up in the holiday oven ingredients, making it impossible for me to craft Year 3 cookies.

I am playing on one of my characters, my hunter. I have obtained Eva's Holiday Oven 2.0 from Eva at the tower. I have been killing things for hours today, and collecting items for the baking of the recipes, watching the notices and icons on my screen for killing things over the entire map. I've made sure to hit every race fallen, cabal, vex, taken, and scorned. Switching weapons and types of kills. When I go into the oven ingredient list I only have a total of 2 ingridients Either Cane and Delicious Explosion.

If I click on "Recipes" in the lower portion I can select any of the Year 1 and Year 2 cookies I can see I have a LOT of the ingredients, however I cannot see or select them in the ingredients in the top section.

Here are some screen shots showing some of the cookies I can make. You can see that they are showing I have available ingredients required that are not found in the ingredients section. There are a lot I am only showing 2:

Is this a bug in the game or am I doing something wrong? So far as I can tell, I cannot craft any of the Year 3 recipes because I can't pick any ingredients.

When Eva gives you the oven, she also gives 1x Ether Cane and 1x Delicious Explosion, and tells you to make Gjallardoodles, to deliver to Zavala. Did you do that?

Yep long before I took the screen shots. 2 hrs after I delivered it, everything started working.
