The class ability problem

Hunters to be specific, even with my mobility stat of 73 dodge recharges it about 10 seconds. Now hunters with 100 mobility, a perpertuation mod, void battery and wormhusk, thats going to become a problem real soon.

70 is 16 sec,
Perpetuation only take 2 sec away if its already 16 sec or less if you have more mobility, also only works when dodging very close to enemy.
Void battery + wormhusk is nice tho

Battery increases CD of class abilities, so they thought about potential balance problems

I think the better combo for hunters this season will be using void battery + sixth coyote. Wormhusk has increased shielding and health, but with the increase to cooldown on void battery I don't know that it's worth the trade.
