What is Calibration?
Kind of a noob question, but I have no idea what is Calibration and how do I "perform" one?

We have no idea either. What do you mean by that?

If you’re talking about a ranked PvP calibration, there’s no such thing.

Just kill enemies using a weapon described in quests.

UP: I think he write about Banshee-44 quests.

just kill things, or get headshots, it should say in the bounty/quest description how to complete it.

By performing kills with the weapon or elemental type it specifies.
If it requires you do bow calibration, you kill with a bow. If it requires arc calibration, you kill with an arc weapon.
Etc etc.
