No? Look inl your collection, if weapon has a rw/coo/wm icon, then you can obtain it, otherwise not.

Well, bow's were added in Forsaken, and since you can't get exotics from expansions you don't own.

Bows were apparently added in forsaken, so nah you can't get any in f2p. Forsaken is great so buy it if you have the money to do so.

When you go into your characterscreen there are several tabs on top, 1 of them is collection.
