Is Fighting Lion still the only “primary ammo” grenade launcher?

I recently found out that the wiki is lying/outdated about the fact that The Militia’s Birthright and The Mountaintop are the only grenade launchers which use special ammo instead of heavy ammo (and it’s also untrue when it says that the Fighting Lion is the only energy slot grenade launcher).

Is the wiki also outdated/lying when it says that the Fighting Lion is the only grenade launcher which uses primary ammo?

Are there other grenade launchers which use primary ammo?
