Peregrine Greaves + One-Two Punch

I finally found a shotgun with the "One-Two Punch"-perk.
Now i would love to do this powerfull combo, but cant get it to work since days now ... has it been fixed?

I cant find any tutorials how to do this combo, can anybody give me a hint?

This is how it should work:
1. Run to an enemy
2. Jump in the air (Peregrine Greaves will work now)
3. Hit all bullets from the shotgun to start the "One-Two Punch"-perk
4. Make a shoulder attack (top tree)
... and this should do more than 400.000 damage !!!

BUT every time i use a weapon in the air, i stop running and cant start my shoulder attack !
HELP ME PLEASE !
