Cannot Create a Clan

So I have been trying to create a clan but the game is saying that I cannot until I play the game. Well, I obviously have, so is there any known fix for this bug?

well, you cant create a clan in-game, you have to do it on the website

So I have actually tried it and that is when it said I cannot make it until I play destiny

maybe you have to play trough new light quest a little, some challenging events or such, i dunno..
I never created a clan and dont want to, bcoz having to be the leader for a clan and organize raids and stuff, nope, i can let others waste their time with that..
