PSA about bungie.net fireteam search.

I see a lot of people going to use it and that's great! I make teams from there all the time, but people continue to make the same mistake of friending before just joining. Bungie was kind enough to make joining easy! You can just do /join and the person's name, or you can /join on their ID. Both show on the party screen and the majority of times, the party title will be "Join on me." Now ya know! It's a great tool in anycase.

It's good to add people who play the same game as you, especially if a game demands that you raid weekly, I personally would advise to add people AFTER completing the raid so that you can safely ignore the friend request from the ♥♥♥♥ you carried.

I do that all the time. If players send me friend requests instead of invites, I politely ask for a game invite instead. If that doesn’t happen, I just bow out of the Fireteam post and move on.

Bingo! I made a fireteam for floor 9 of the forest for the pinnacle and people just sent me req's xD.

Another thing I'm noticing is people are making team with their privacy settings set to clan and friends only. Can't join ya if this is the case xD. Hit tab, go to roster, look right above your name and bam, set the privacy settings to public ^.^. Happy hunting!
