Abhorrent Imperative

For weeks now I've slowly gotten all the pieces of Abhorrent Imperative armor and I finally finished it. My question is now that I have a full set is there now a FASTER way to grind for a roll of it that I want, or will I have to wait next week to get a chest piece with different stats?

Also is the Abhorrent Imperative vest SUPPOSED to not have an element attributed to it? The ones made from collections don't have an element. I scrapped my original accidentally and I don't remember if the first one had an element to it.

grabbing armor from collections will only result in version 1.0 armor. It has to be a drop to be 2.0 armor

abhorrent imperative is year 1 armor. after you have obtained it you can just reclaim it from your collections. sorry to say sir but that armor is kinda useless now as we are in armor 2.0 now armor works different then it did at launch with random rolls and things like that

So then do Escalation Protocols and pray I get a 2.0? Or will I have to wait a week and hope I get a chest piece and not some other part of the armor?

ep is a year 1 activity as in it will only drop year 1 gear. that armor is only a collectable basically

How can that be whenever every OTHER piece of abhorrent has an element. The hunter cloak is void for example.

the element it has it like all the other armor pieces having the bars and energy levels or just masterwork? you could master work year 1 and give it a element resistence but it didn't work the same as the energy system we have now

Like all other normal armor pieces yes. My helmet and cloak are void, my grips are fire, my boots are arc. So essentially with the info you provided me I scrapped my chest piece which had an element to it and I remade it with collections but doing that gives me armor without an element. This sucks.

In order to get the 2.0 armor version you have to grind EP on Mars. I know your pain, I've had to scrap my 1.0 Masterworked set because it was useless. Thankfully I've got one more week for the chest to drop hopefully and my set will be done.

Personally I think it's really stupid to keep un-scrapped armor at 1.0. It's also really stupid to keep Collected armor at 1.0 too.

Anyway, yeah, it sucks, but it's something to look forward to I guess.

So I got the helmet a day ago... therefore it'll start with cloak, feet, grips, chest, THEN end in helmet all in that order? Damn dude just lemme get it from normal mars activities after I've gotten the full set once...

I believe the drop order is randomized. It's been a long while since I first acquired the set, but so far for me the legs dropped first, followed by the helm and arms. I feel your pain.
