Too many Black Armory Modulus Reports

I went to pickup some modulus reports from the Postmaster and I had no space for them (I can have only 15 in inventory). I tried to put them in my vault... nope.

So it seems that my only option is to build a weapon to use them up. I found a guide on how to do it, but I have no idea what would be a good weapon to build. Any suggestions? (I mainly play PvP, light level 938 on a Titan, my first character, my playstyle is mainly strategic not run and gun and not melee)
