No DLC/Season/annual Pass light level and power level cap

So, i was wondering what my light level and power level cap is if i dont have any of the DLC (i have warmind and curse of osiris due to it being free). Also, if i dont have forsaken and the season pass, am i still able to reach power level 750?

Without Forsaken, your cap is 380. 340 is the softcap after which your only source of leveling power are Powerful Rewards - daily Strikes, Crucible matches, 20 bounties for Ikora, clan XP for Hawthorne, etc. Anything that gives you a Powerful Reward. They refresh weekly with the exception of dailies, those are on a "rotation", one of them refreshes per day.

You need at least Forsaken to be able to get to 750. But, come Shadowkeep, that'll change since they want new players to be able to play whatever they want, so a boost to 750 for everybody is likely.
