Will i have to repurchase the game?

Currently i own everything on battle net, all dlcs and season. On the bungie site it mentions transfer but nowhere says if i have to repurchase the D2 on steam for that to happen. Or will they give us keys or something?

There has to be a way to untie the data from bnet tho. You can simply just login with bnet account into steam.

D2 is gonna be free, they don't need to give a key out for a free game so that people can transfer their data.

I'm curious to know how they're gonna migrate our D2 Bnet accounts to steam. I too have the D2 complete edition and really don't want to buy D2 again when I paid more on Bnet than the upcoming steam version of D2.

Destiny 2 is leaving Bnet and moving to Steam.

All your data will most likely get copied over to steam, all expensions, weapons, characters, and more will just sit there and wait for you.
