Is outlaw and snapshot sights good on sole survival?

if you're going for a pvp roll, then it's a pretty good roll, for pve though you might want something like firing line and perhaps rapid hit

For solo survival, you're not going to want Outlaw. Snapshot Sights might be fine for a Sniper Rifle.

PvE has nothing to do with this.

if he's talking about the curated roll for sole survivor, then it's a good roll, and he's not specifying if it is for pve or pvp, if it's for pvp outlaw is the best choice along with rapid hit, considering that all the other possible perks are useless in any pvp scenario, when are you ever going to use ambitious assasin, triple tap, 4th times the charm? never. field prep is the only good perk in that slot.

There are better snipers out there, for pvp its not bad but you can get much better. For pve absolutely not, youd want Firing Line and Fourth Times the Charm
