where to get iznagi burden?
i saw the news its fixed but where can i get the quest started?

Mysterious Box Exotic Quest from Ada-1 in the Tower.
Keys are from the Forges (Ignition Forges) on EDZ (Earth). They are time-gated so you have to wait until the next Daily reset to start the Forge mission. Keys also require Max Temper (killing two blue-ish drones on start of Second phase).
4th Key has its own quest: Black Armory Key Mold. This consists of killing Watchers, doing Strikes (10) or Public Events (40) for Glimmering Amethyst, and doing Bergusia Forge w/ Max Temper.

Once you get all the keys you then are given an Obsidian Crystal that requires you to complete a Rare Bounty. This rare bounty only drops from Daily or Weekly Bounties from Ada-1.

Once you get the Crystal you then start progressing the rest of the quest i.e. Shattered Throne, Heroic Strike, then a Special Forge boss. I believe after all of this you then get Izanagi.

Assuming everything worked out perfectly the least amount of time this would take is 4 days.

volundr forge right before the gap to the forge jump down to the ledge on the left and open the box in the cave

Nope, that's the pre-Shadowkeep method.
Now you get the 'Mysterious Box' quest directly from Ada-1 but you must have the Forsaken season pass.
