You have to complete each forge with both drones on those maps killed, you can find drone placement on youtube. The rest is just following the quest steps.

i did a forge today with max temper and i didnt get dropped a key

You have to open the Black Armory box that spawns next to the forge after you kill the boss.

I've had the same thing happen. Even after the "fix" i did not get a key. Max temper + no key = Maximium temper

Today's Bergusia forge only gives you the Black Armory key after you've completed the other steps of the Black Armory Key Mold quest. The Izanami, Volundr and Gofannon forges will give you keys simply by achieving Maximum Temper.

You have to do a single Maximum Temper forge on each daily forge rotation to get the first 3 keys, you should work towards completing the Key Mold quest so you can get today's key.
