Power Level Scaling
How does power level scaling work for people in your squad? Does it take an average of all 3 members and that's how it determines enemy health/damage?

Cause I'm gonna be playing with the same people, but I'm gonna have more time to play and I don't want to be over powered or have the enemies be to powerful for them. Should I avoid increasing my power or am I all good?

Power scaling is individual. Scaling stops past 20 power of the requirement. I.e, 750 requirement, it stops getting easier if youre higher than 770

so if im 850 and my friend is 770 and we are running a 750 power mission it will pretty much be the same for both of us?
