If you're concerned about blood I don't think you should be playing shooters, technically there is blood but it's not very noticable

Considering, you're only killing monsters in this game and never humans, the blood in this game is purely fantasy-like, unfortunately there is no option to turn that blood off.

If you are concerned about blood, I personally feel you need to find a different genre of game to play than a shooter. However, Destiny has no blood.

Thats not even blood, its suit juice they use in their suits (as seen in an adventure lead by asher, he asks you to hack a supply of that stuff). I honestly cant think of a single example of blood ingame

You should be fine, even the non blood is very minimal. Half the enemies dont even bleed, instead having ghosts pop out or getting sucked through a portal

The only human blood around is when you get to very low health and a little bit will show up on your visor but other than that there ain't crap for blood
