How do I complete the vanguard strike challenge?

On the Vanguard Strike page it says complete 3 bounties for the weekly challenge. There's no NPC. When I am doing one of the strikes, just click on the completed bounties to make it count towards the requirement? I had gotten bounties from Zavala, turned in bounties and I got completed his challenge but I am not sure how you do that for the vanguard strike challenge

It’s currently bugged, all you need to do is match your subclass with the weekly elemental singe for 3 strikes.

oh wait, it's the element on the bottom left after clicking on it? use the same element subclass as the element shown which is arc for 3 strikes in the playlist and I'd get the weekly challenge? no need to do any bounty?

Yep, thats it! All you need to do is run Stormcaller/Striker/Arcstrider for 3 strikes. The bounties are for a different challenge, as I said it’s bugged right now. Should be fixed soon.

Yep! All you need to do is run Stormcaller/Striker/Arcstrider for 3 strikes. The bounties are for a different challenge.

Thanks for the info. And sometimes my bounties reset and I gotta do that crap again like kill in a certain way or some other stuff. Why is that?

Took me a few days to figure what the h3ll the singe thing was all about initially myself, so you aren't alone. It adds a bit of a low level challenge to stir things up a touch.
