Honor Among Thieves/Thief of Thieves bug??

So i was doing this quest and he said i need to complete this adventure on titan, but after that the quest step didn't progress. It still says that i need to complete the adventure and it doesn't show up anymore. He also said that Shin malpur was in the EDZ and he need to talk to me so i go to the tower and nothing happened. Is this a new bug??

Edit: Turns out you only need to to the Dead Drop adventure on Titan and it will fix it.

Shin Malphur thing is in a hidden area of the EDZ not the tower

There is no drop dead mission for me on Titan but I fear I made this worse.
