Where do i collect/find the scatterhorn armor pieces?

I am trying to finalize my Guardian Fallen Armor Set and all non-gambit items left to collect is the scatterhorn titan mark, where do i exactly find it? i've been told that it's in the tangled shore* but what exactly should i do in the tangled shore* to find the pieces of the scatterhorn armor set?

So according to this page https://gamerant.com/destiny-2-lost-sector-farm-wanted/ certain Wanted enemies in specific lost sectors, have an increased chance of dropping certain gear.
I do not know if it is still accurate as of Shadowkeep. All I can say is that one day I looked to see if there was a way to get a specific weapon (Wrong Side of Right) which was missing from my collections, went to the Aphix Conduit Lost Sector, and got it first time from the boss.

So for the Scatterhorn Mark, you want Terminus East in the EDZ, or The Rift on Nessus.

As well as this, the Scatterhorn set is part of the generic legendary engram drop pool. Anything that doesn't have its own loot pool (like Zavala who has a Vanguard loot pool and Shaxx who has a Crucible one) can potentially drop pieces from the set. That would include public event rewards, lost sector chests, and Prime Engrams.

Unfortunately, this is no longer working in Shadowkeep. I went to the Aphix Conduit Lost Sector three times, the third time with the Spider's bounty, and Wrong Side of Right never dropped for me. Looks like it's going to be a lot of grinding in the Tangled Shore or Dreaming City for the Forsaken Collections badge.

As of today, this is still working. Just got the boots from the DS Quarters in Titan, after around 10 LS and another 10 PE in Tangled Shore.

I don't think they are because I have done more than three weeks of full Spider Bounty's completing every one of them and welp I haven't dropped a single piece of scatterhorn
