If you got a suspension from comp then it's based on time and not matches played in valor crucible.

I mean how many games must you complete between leaving to not get a suspension? You can leave once and get a warning only no?

Unless there's a really diabolical hacker or AFK teammates, you probably shouldn't be leaving competitive matches.

I believe it is a 30 minute suspension the first time you leave 2 matches. I assume the time limit keeps increasing the more matches you leave after the suspension. Kind of like locking someone out of their iPhone if that makes sense.
