random stat gear

theres too many random stat gear pieces and weapons that cant be reacquired. a lot of them i deleted before understanding how this games gear system works (ive only played for about 2 weeks) some of them arent random world drops that can only be gotten from quests ive already completed. can we get a version of these gear pieces and weapons that are a base version with standard stats that we CAN reacquire?

Some of planet based has standarized stat gearset, while pinnacle weapon has standarized stat too that both u can reaqquire, other than that it's random

Random stat gear also drops as loot, very rare though, I've found a dozen Subtle Calamity bows while farming Nessus for some reason. I imagine they are only lootable though once you have earned it the first time by completing whatever is necessary to unlock that weapon.

re-earned is a problem when the item description itself says you can only get it from a quest youve already completed.. like the pieces in dreaming city you can only get through questing or the guns from the season pass. if you end up with no space and are forced to delete things what then bungie? speaking of running out of space this is the only game ive ever played that has limited space even for quest items. wth?!?

Limited space? The vault can hold 500 items can't it? I wouldn't know as I only have about 4 things in it.

Someone posted a good idea on reddit. Let us use Prime Engrams to pull a random rolled item from collections. Simple, yet would be an awesome feature.

Do you also ask for a cogent paradigm when you just want a good example?

What gear can't be reacquired from drops exactly? Pretty sure everything currently available is dropping.

OP is talking about acquiring gear from the Collections.

Gear with randomised stats can't be reacquired from there but any weapons/armor with fixed stats and perks can be retrieved from there after getting it once.

Exotics, pinnacle gear, whites, greens and some legendaries have fixed stats and perks , but a lot of legendaries do not so they can't be reacquired even if you can see it in the collections.

Yeah I know. Random Rolls have been the standard since over a year ago. Farming is the only way to get them back, but nothing is locked behind quests like OP said. And given that he's only been playing for two weeks I don't think he has anything to worry about when talking about god rolls or anything. Most of what he got was probably Air Assault Headseeker or some garbage like that.
