Level 30 boost

Will the level 30 boost I have sitting in my account become obsolete. I heard and maybe I've got it wrong but all our toons will be force levelled?

I think it's just power levels they are boosting to 750, so you probably still need to level normally to access campaign missions and all that

Ah that's cool levelling is always my favourite experience.

A new character will now start at lvl 50 750 power, which is forsaken's max.

Shadowkeep is increasing both of those.

I have the base game when it was free at the time.
If I buy the Shadowkeep, will the maximum level remain 20?

I think they are removing the level since everyone will start at 750 Power Level after Oct 1st.

The max for everyone *should* be either lvl 50 or shadowkeep's, not sure if shadowkeep or forsaken max lvl/power is the free standard

Normal Level will be removed. You will now see the class sign over the heads of the players. All players (including new players) will be auto leveled to power 750. All vault items will be auto leveled to power 750.

In others words level 30 boost will be removed from the game. Everyone will start from power level 750 and normal levels will be removed from the game.

You will be power level 750. All items, also those on your vault will be 750.

You don't need to play through the campaign to unlock planets and stuff anymore. You can play anything you want.

New accounts need to play a introductional story mission first and can play anything they want right after it.

Good stuff. Because current leveling/campaign in Destiny 2 is unfathomably boring - I've uninstalled the game on L16. I wanted some multiplayer fun, got this frustrating bullpoop instead.

That's a bit sad it's the levelling in these games that make it worth it to me. I always find the end game tedious ill probably wait for Shadow keep to go on sale in a year or so.

You still have to level your power level. You start at 750 and can level up to 960. Soft level is from 750 to 900 and hard level will be from 900 to 950. Prestige level will be from 950 to 960 maybe higher.
