how the hell do shaders work
I don't understand if they are 1 time consumables or if i can use them several times, I looked around online and there was no clear answer.

Does it consume the shade though?

As far as I can tell they're one-time use. You apply one to each piece and it uses up the shader in the process. There's probably no clear answer because this has changed a few times since release.

How does the collection screen work?

They are both consumable and unlimited. When you get any shader for the first time they are added to your collection, and you can pull as many of them out from your collection as you want for a bit of glimmer and sometimes legendary shards. Each shader item is a single use consumable though, so if you want to color a set of gear you want to pull several out of your collection to use.

It keeps track of anything you've picked up before (guns, armor, shaders, ships, etc). And if you lost it or dismantled it you can go into your collection and "reacquire" it for a small fee.

So don't feel like you need to hoard a lot of things in your inventory. Feel free to dismantle them if you have no immediate use for them. You can always get them back later.

thanks a ton

do you by chance know if there are any legend/exotic autorifles like the sand wasp-3au blue?
greenraven22 Oct 7, 2019 @ 3:49pm
Yes. I'm actually using an exotic autorifle on my titan called Sweet Business.

https://d2.destinygamewiki.com/wiki/Sweet_Business

The best part is that it goes in the primary slot so ammo is super common for it.

Basically you just need to find 1 copy of a shader and then you can buy an unlimited amount of them. So go wild. XD

What sucks though is that in Destiny 1 shaders had unlimited uses without having to buy them.

Oh yeah forgot about bright dust. Go wild on SOME shaders, just the ones that only require glimmer. XD

what i liked about the sand wasp was the rapid fire frame so it had a high rof, does the sweet business fire fast?

Fast enough. I wouldn't call it fast but it's not exactly slow either.
