How do i actually get support?

ive been searching for days now for an actual support from bungie? you cant tell me those spammed formus are the only way of getting support?

I mean yeah most video game support requests work on a ticket basis like the DMV, take a number and wait your turn. Something tells me they might be a bit overloaded at the moment.

So Battlenet just forwards you to their bungie/help thing which doesnt really help. good one

Depending on the issue, you might be able to submit a ticket through https://www.bungie.net/en/Help. You should be able to search "Contact Form" to get pages that have ticket submissions.

The only contact forms I saw didn't pertain to the issue. Didn't see a general one. Side note: Just exactly *why* should I give Bungie my steam login credentials?
