Sniper Rifle Drops?

For the life of me, been playing for 2 days, & have not obtained a Sniper Rifle. Where are they, Is there a specific drop area?

It's random, but most legendary weapon pools come from different sources(there's a different weapon pool for crucible, gambit, open world areas, check your collections tab).

True. I will say that you can exchange certain tokens for gear. Zavala and Shaxx will give you a wide range of gear, while Banshe-44 will give you weapons.

There are a few ways to garentee a Sniper. But I'm not sure if they're locked behind the Forsaken DLC, Ada 1 from Black Armory has the Tatara Gaze Blueprint for sale, you'll need to forge it, and it may be a powerful drop which means you may want to wait until you're after 900. The Menargie has 4 to choose from after you put in a Rune of Jubilation.

Yeah if you wanna guarantee it go for menagerie runs. It has a pretty wide selection of them, just need to put in a proper rune combination in the chalice to guarantee the rifle you want.

well i already had like 20 different snip rifles drop during my questing on legacy ones and i only played for 1 day...
While they arent good at all, they are still sniper rifles :P

you can get snipers from the forges or the menagerie :
- forge : pick up a sniper frame from ada and forge it
- menagerie : select the correct sniper runes on your chalice and play one menagerie ...

otherwise they drop randomly.
