Long and Winding road achievement
why did i get this achievement even though i played the game for 1 hour?

Because you start at level 50.

it's a console achievement, reach level 20, levels are no longer a thing so it's automatically unlocked

Level 20 is the maximum level if you didn't have forsaken before shadowkeep came out.
Bungie removed that level system and every character is now level 50 by standard.
And because of that, you got the Long and Winding road achievement.
