Cross Save issue
So when I start shadowkeep I get a warning that I need to go to bungie.net/crosssave or I'll lose my characters (I did the migration forever ago from Battle.net.) When I go to that website, I log into steam, and the box with my characters lights up, but there is no way to click my characters to select them (i've tried clicking almost every pixel in the steam box.) Underneath, it says "Link and Authenticate your accounts to continue", but the continue button is greyed out and does nothing, which seems to indicate that I need to select my characters - but as I stated, clicking them causes no response.

So am I going to lose my chars if I start playing? Is this just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ site design or am I doing something wrong? I cant get the site to load in IE at all, which is pretty hilarious, but I've tried on Chrome and mobile with the same result. Does this even matter?

Leaning towards a quick refund here, very sadly :/

i filed the transfer two weeks ago this shouldn't be a damn problem in the first place. I don't understand why its so hard for people to do this ♥♥♥♥ right.

OK might have found a fix. sign out of your bungie account, sign in WITH BATTLE.NET. It will let you do the transfer again, it let me do it. I now have all my ♥♥♥♥.

It tells me that Steam/BattleNet isn't cross save compatible, I need an additional platform to make it work. Meaning, from what I can tell, you need a console account as well for it to work.

like sign out on the bungie website?
Yes, on their website sign out of your account and where it says sign in hit the battle net option.

Not the case. Never owned D2 on a console.

I really don't think you understand what's going on... You don't want crosssave - that's for going from console to pc - and vice versa.

Go to www.bungie.net/pcmove - link your Battle.net account. Link your steam account. Click transfer.

It's not that hard.

To the OP: Ignore what everyone has told you - and follow the instructions here. PC Move - link accounts - transfer.

The only options on that page are to link your console accounts with Steam. No BattleNet option. I say again, seems to be a console thing only. I see PC, Xbox, PS4. Linking your two PC accounts to merge over seems to do the same thing.

You have to go to https://www.bungie.net/7/en/PCMove instead of the cross save one, cross save is if you're trying to save your PS4 or XBOX account
N3tRunn3r 1. okt. 2019 kl. 20.13
If you read carefully, you need to enable CrossSave when you want to transfer your Console Charaters, items, etc to PC or vice versa, if you want to transfer your PC progress to Consoles.

When you had played D2 on PC only, just skip this CrossSave option, just https://www.bungie.net/7/en/PCMove is/was neccessary to savely continue your PC progress from Battle.net on Steam.

None of these options are working... Battle.net gone from link page. I have only seen all of my characters once. Still does not work.
