Dunno, maybe I am too spoiled from the Battle.net launcher, but this is ridiculous. The message appears on the top of the main page, with same color as the browser toolbar. When you start scrolling it disappears.
Besides the main page you have to watch out for this message.

That's why I said: they definitely have to work on their communication.
