Cross Play: Console > Steam Authentication issues

I have been keeping up the Error Code BEAVER and WEASEL's popping up on Twitter. And due to the mass of player>server, I wonder if it is causing the Authentication process to be non-responsive on Bungie.net (as I am currently experiencing). Is anyone else having an issue with this? If not, please walk the rest of us through your experience. It would be most helpful!

I think I am having the same problem. I can't get the authentication to carry through as it just won't do anything when I click 'sign in'. I've seen a few people saying to try another browser or incognito mode etc, but nothing's worked thus far.

I think I'm having the same issue

I try to authenticate it for the cross save and while it shows it worked it wont let me continue at all and I worry about losing my characters

I finally got it to work after trying it out through my iPhone. The chrome web browser is kinda buggy when it comes to data carry-over from pop-ups. Try it out on your phones either through the browser or the Destiny Companion App. I hope you all get through!
