Inviting people to your fireteam

Why is it so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ difficult to invite someone to your fire team?

Talking in chat and people wanna run something and I can't figure out how to invite anyone to my fireteam. Why are simple mechanics such as this buried and so difficult to figure out?

Clicking someones name doesn't seem that difficult tbh

just go to roster menu and right click their name, invite to fireteam.

if its a steam friend, right click their name in chat and invite to game.

do you not know about the roster page?

how else would you be chatting unless you were local/clan or steam friends already?

You could give them your id number and the they could use \join to add to your fire team. Or maybe it's /join...cant remember.

I go to roster and the only option is to view their steam profile. No option anywhere to invite. The only time its easy to invite someone is if they are on my friends list, otherwise its a hassle

I've been wondering the same thing. So many community/social features are so burried or non-existent. D2 wants to be an MMO but fails at a lot of the most important aspects that makes an mmo good, the community/sociability being one of the most important ones.

Go to the settings, bind Roster to a button. Makes it a lot easier.
