guadrian not wearing helmet
i started noticing that my guardian doesn't wear helmet i changed helmets but game doesn't show him wearing it , anyway to fix this , it recently started previously he did wore it.

Is it happening in social spaces only? If yes, you can easily toggle it in game options

EDIT: To be precise, click on cogwheel, and then pick "Gameplay" tab. Helmet is the third option from the top

i am in tower and he is not wearing it

There is a setting to enable it in all spaces (default is helmet off in the tower). In regular activities you are always wearing it.
