How to find people for leviathan raid!?

Since there is no automatic system to find people for the raid, how am I supposed to do the raid? Nobody is talking in chat, I don't see a way to assembe a fireteam of 6 like this...

Why do they create ♥♥♥♥ like that? Wheres the ingame matchmaking ?
If I knew before that endamge gouping is a hassle like it is, i would have never started playing this game.

Because it serves as a barrier to entry. If you do this, then your invested because it takes a certain amount of time. For the raids you NEED communication and the ability to ignore a dozen wipes and keep playing.

Which most blueberries arn't known for. Matchmaking would be the most terrible thing because they would go to ♥♥♥♥.

Because you have to go premade with these activities. Even if you hhad MM, you probally still would do LFG rather then MM because you will then realise MM will be a huge waste of time because you got new peopole without optimised builds that never raided (Yes, I am talking to you new lights who want to raid at 750 with green gear), in your games.
