Destiny 2 Cross Save Step 1 Continue button is greyed out even after signing in on steam

I've tried doing incognito as well and it doesn't seem to solve the problem. Anyone else having any issues getting their saves from battle.net?

cross save has nothing to do with battle.net

if you had a destiny 2 account on battle.net
you have to transfer your destiny 2 account from battle.net to steam. you had to register for it before oct 1 so i have no idea if it still available.

@LazOfSteel it says "Your account has been transferred successfully and are now ready to play Shadowkeep on Steam." When I click "My Transfer Details" it shows that my characters have transferred over but when I start the game it tells me to enable cross save or lose access to certain items.

if your gonna play with the characters that were transferred from battle.net to steam. you don't need to activate cross save. cross save is used to play with characters you created on a different platform ie, PS or XBOX.

you should already have the characters in steam since they were transferred over with the PCMOVE service (the link I posted)

@LazOfSteel I did that but everytime I start the game it says to remember to enable cross save or I will lose certain items or something like that. I would start the game to get the exact message but it is still downloading on my new computer and I dont have access to my other computer.

well, you can give a shot. see if you can register no crossave in crossave.

I crosssave with my xbox so I can't verify if that is possible.
