For those wanting a source. Enjoy some cold, hard numbers.
Also raids are VERY hard when compared to other MMO's. If you have no form of communication you won't be able to even get past the first section. Not to mention not having specific weapons can greatly hinder a group.
would have guessed under 5%
Because catering to them in a f2p game is ridiculous. Bungie is the one complaining that making content is "hard". Again, source for this to silence the naysayers:
https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/7nubxe/according_to_jason_schreier_of_kotaku_there_was_a/
"What Bungie decided was we can't do this any more this is too hard for us to do (referring to releasing a DLC every few months) the tools that we're working with are really hard to deal with. it's hard for us to make this much content. it's just hard to make content in general. "
So only 5% of the entire Destiny 2 playerbase, which is now playing on Steam, cleared the Leviathan before? Keep in mind that once you transfer your saves you automatically unlock the raid achievements here on Steam.
I mean, a lot of games I got there's achievements like "Get past the tutorial" and it says that not everyone got past that and even less on something like "Defeat the last boss" or "See the ending".
Its normal. And my examples are single player games.
With so much energy put in your pointless threads (they don't change anything, sorry to break it to you, but it is like that since D1, so since 5 years), you could easily find a group several times and complete leviathan 4 times already...
thank god there is some hardcore content and not everything is dumbed down just so everyone can do everything, no matter the age or intelligence (see other games, everything is easy and for casuals to to appeal to everyone, just to sell games to more people)
Grasping at straws, I see. You seem to dislike logic and facts. :)
That was a year ago before the light since and F2P. Personally I don't see how that's relevant in new light.
Raids shouldn't be a face roll. At this point you're arguing subjective opinions on how raids should be done when it's been like this since Destiny 1.
Coming from experience raids are hell when people have no idea what to do with no coms. That is exactly what matchmaking with raids will be which is why they aren't doing it. Raids are just too hard for the average player of Destiny.
Ad-hominem attacks because you can't prove me, and many others, wrong. :)
Not really. A lot of people who played when leviathan raid was new and being cleared no longer play. Not to mention how many of them haven't even transferred to steam. That also isn't counting consoles users downing raids.
Honestly you're the one grasping for something that's been said many times over.
Matchmaking for raids won't happen.
Not even trying anymore, are ya?
I gave you numbers, all you're doing for me is showing your hardcore elitism. I guess playing non-stop for 12 hours as you clear a single raid works for you, since you are a NEET I bet.
Came here from Warframe due to the content drought, but alas the only thing I enjoyed from Destiny has been Gambit Prime... Not hopeful about the future of this game.
