How can I talk to stranger by using mic?

I am new to play this game. Sometimes I really need help, but it looks like nobody can hear me when I talk in big map. I am not a good English speaker, community with typing text is kind of slow for me.

How can I get help or find friends in the game?

In the options, you can set "join X chat" (with x beign fireteam, team,...) to automatic, to see what people are writing, and talk to them. Not sure about voice chat.
Depressingly few people are talking on there though. If you want to help/find people to play, I'd recommend looking for a clan here or on the bungie forums

ive tried to use voice chat since i started playing and not once have i heard another voice, 1 game a dude was like i have a mic , but still didnt work , i dont think voice chat is working atm.

Voice chat works fine. You have to set it to either automatically join the voice channel or select it manually otherwise. It's not very intuitive, but I have no problem talking to people.
